AN AMERICAN??!?!?!??!

Okays so i go on at 9:00pm est 4/28/2010
and guess what i see!the box indicating the users online said
there was a total of one registered online (me)
and one guest
so i clik on the link saying: show all
and it comes up with tht google maps thing and the guest was all da way in the usa!

Interesting how you also state the date in the American format...

and also i just copied it off the bottom right hand corner of my destop

America = mm/dd/yyyy

The rest of the known world = dd/mm/yyyy

Hence 9/11 being "September 11", since it happened in America. For the rest of the world, the 11th of September is 11/9.

btw the googlemap says i live in the adelaide CBD, when clearly i live in the southern suburbs -_-

Back on subject a little bit:
I've come up with the same thing..
The Bot, Guest and xRingoStarr

It says I live in Sydney, which is wrong but anyway, moving on.

The bot or guest lives in one of these two places;
Beijing or San Jose.
Hmm.. Any ideas?

"Guest" refers to anyone who is viewing the site without being logged in (and therefore has considerably restricted privileges), whereas "The bot" sounds to me like an ad-bot or something, and so is likely hosted in some far away part of the world anyway.

Okay, well the bot was Google
Then when Google was gone it said Guest as being in San Jose, United States of America.

Wow OMG, I can't believe it exposes my ISP location (or so I believe) XD

I personally don't think that Google Map wouldn't show where the computer that you are using is.

Yeah, it said that I was at Campbelltown when I am at least 2 hours away from there.

yeah, this is how we find out if you're australian. it's just a rough estimation, you should live around there
